Ordering
- We offer flowers to florists and designers only. To order, you must provide your EIN.
- Our availability list is dynamic, and items may be added or changed throughout the week.
- Because we are a local flower collective, there is a risk that our anticipated weekly inventory could change after harvesting. If items in your order are unavailable, we will notify you of any changes and do our best to offer an adequate substitution.
Payment
- Payment will be charged once your flowers are delivered.
- Returns are not expected on live products. If you are not satisfied with an item, please reach out to us immediately.
- All orders will be placed online, and will accept all major credit cards, Shopify, Apple Wallet, and Google Wallet.
Delivery
- There is no order minimum for delivery.
- We only deliver within central Maryland and areas of DC.
- Deliveries are made every Wednesday, from approximately 8:30am - 1:30pm.
- All buyers must supply their own buckets, or return our marked buckets. A $5 charge per bucket will be added to your invoice for unreturned buckets.
- Once we deliver, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
- Returns are not excepted on live products. If you are not satisfied with an item, please reach out to us immediate.
- Refunds cannot be issued. We will work with you to solve the problem and correct any issues you might have.
What is the process to order?
- Once you have submitted your EIN form, you will be given access to the store with a password.
- The store is open Monday for Quick Turn orders (same week delivery) and again Tuesday to Thursday for normal pre-orders (next week delivery).
- Place your order online while the store is open. You can still browse inventory while the store is closed, but items may change or be updated during that time.
- Deliveries are every Wednesday.
What does the service fee cover?
The service fee is a flat $4 fee on every order. It allows us growers to function more efficiently on the administrative aspects of our Flower Collective. It covers the cost, maintenance, and upkeep of online ordering, real-time availability updates, and one-on-one support as needed.
What are the delivery charges?
- $25: 301/50 corridor (Upper Marlboro, Bowie, Gambrills, Davidsonville)
- $30: Annapolis (east of Davidsonville, along the coast)
- $35: DC and surrounding areas
Can I pick-up my order?
At this time, we are not offering pick-up.
What if I want to change my order?
Once your order is received, we are unable to make changes to the order itself, or modify the payment method. If you have forgotten to order something, please place an additional order. If placing an additional order to the same delivery location and date you will only be charged one delivery fee. Please reach out if you have any ordering issues - we can help solve the problem!
What do I do once my flowers are delivered?
- The flowers we harvest are pre-conditioned in water and a floral cooler for a minimum of 24 hours. Your flowers will be transported in a cooled environment. You are responsible for the care of your flowers once delivered.
- Please provide the appropriate number of buckets or return any previously used buckets.
- If you are not available in person at delivery, please note the best place to leave them so they are sheltered and safe. If there are specific parking/delivery instructions, please notify us by leaving a note at check out.

What is a Farmer's Choice bucket?
- Our "Farmer's Choice" bucket is a curated collection of blooms based on what is in season and blooming for that week. These are often our favorite flowers and foliage that would make a timeless arrangement, centerpiece, grazing table, or a last-minute floral offering.
- This mix gives designers the best flexibility in colors and textures to create their pieces. We will do our best to accommodate specific colors, but we cannot guarantee. At check out, please list any colors to include (or not include).
- Each bucket includes approximately 60 stems and varies in price by theme and season.
